A Leak Controller is a specialized, yet affordable water alarm and shut-off system. It is battery operated and fitted with a quick-connector water ball valve. The principle on which this devise works is quite simple. Water is a great conductor of electricity and the sensor contains two conductors on an open circuit. In the case of a water leak, the water completes the circuit signaling the controller to trigger the shut-off valve and sound the alarm. The alarm continues until you manually reset the device.
You can connect the Leak Detector to either 1/4″ or 3/8″ Mur-lok® fittings for copper or plastic tubing. Automatic ball valve shut-off with manual reset dial LeakLogic RISC based management. State of the art microchip technology for sensitive controls operation and verification and long battery life! Two screw mounting plate allows for quick and simple installation.
